- Deliveries are made within 3–5 working days of the order being placed.
- Please do not book any trades people until you have taken receipt of your full order.
- Whilst every effort is made to deliver the products on the agreed delivery date (if this has been pre-arranged), we cannot be held responsible for matters beyond our control that may result in your order not arriving on the day specified.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any access problems before placing an order. If no one is at the property to sign for the delivery or the property is inaccessible, re-delivery charges will be applied.
- Please check your goods at the time of delivery before signing the delivery note / POD. If you believe there is an issue, accept delivery and sign for the goods as “Damaged” to avoid any re-delivery charge, then contact us immediately. Clear pallet labels must be provided.

The ETA provided by our delivery team is system-generated through third-party pallet networks and may occasionally differ from the actual arrival time. Delivery is handled via a relay system involving multiple depots and hubs. Based on industry experience, small and infrequent delays are sometimes unavoidable and are generally accepted within pallet transport logistics.

Surcharges may be adjusted in line with third-party carrier tariffs without prior notice. The final right of interpretation remains with our company.
Delivery Failure
If a delivery fails due to access restrictions, narrow roads, steep gradients or an unclear address and the goods are returned, a charge of £150–£200 per pallet will apply to cover outbound and return delivery costs.
For Northern Ireland, return costs are £340–£355 per pallet. Refunds are only offered for breakages exceeding 7%. Customers in Northern Ireland are strongly advised to order extra material to account for potential breakages or shortfalls.
